if they plan to use him as You do then yes, but if they plan to use him as central mid they prefer tragic striker

Not always, my central mid takes free kicks ;)
But for the salary yes.

still... I wouldnt sacrifice e.g. 1 point of playmaker to get that striker from 0 to 12 (17->16 pm for 0->12 striker), because even as central mid taking free kicks he will probably use that skill like 5-10 times during whole career and he will use playmaker skill probably 10-20 times per match, cant estimate exact numbers obviously, but surely pm will be used many more times, far, far more than striker

but as off-mid the striker skill at level 13-16 is certainly necessary

Yes 13 to 16 is very nice for an off-mid, thats why I will give striker training to this player :)

Many points, so I think it is a magical ( 15) instead of brilliant ( 14).
From 7 to 15 is 8 pops in 32/33 weeks.

For me a bit too low for this price, but still I understand because of the country.
