Many points, so I think it is a magical ( 15) instead of brilliant ( 14).
From 7 to 15 is 8 pops in 32/33 weeks.
For me a bit too low for this price, but still I understand because of the country.

With a sum skills of 52, it's not a brilliant junior, and I doubt it's even a magical one.
We don't have any real proof of progress, just some numbers written in a post.
It might be a mistake here or a complete wrong estimation from the Junior coach.

His max talent is around 3.6/3.7 I think.
Certainly this is no divine pull so below 3.5 is impossible in my opinion.
So not very good talent.

i know his talent.... if he will no be Slovak nationality, did not buy him.... if i use talent calculator, show 4,3 and it is not too good to pay 4,1 mil e....
But like you wrote, his sum skill could be for youth 15-16.
his owner have only brilliant coach so if his skill prediction was not so good, and ending skill is 15 his talent will be better....
I talked with terrion.... if is talent linear..... so if coach skill is 14,5, talent 4,3... so his talent with 16 coach is 3,86 and it is really good.....

but slovak players is so difficult to buy and price is not too much...
this my youth have talent 4,3... come like 17y in end season and his price was maybe 1-10000 euro... so save him and trained to 27y, sold for 6,7 mil....
