Subject: BOT TEAMS/BANNED USSERS
Long story.
Making such time-consuming effort on admins is not a solution, when things should happen automaticly.
Still, sometimes it is not fair against some league rivals of the bot, making that team weaker during the season.
Last thing is YS reform which is also corelated.

a weaker bot will make place for a new player faster, it will never be 100% fair, sometimes you have to be lucky
Bots are overprotected and need to "helped" to drop down. There's no such thing as a perfect system but a system that prioritises users over non-users has to be the basic minimum requirement.
100% agree. I'm not saying it can't look like that. I'm just saying, that effort of admins making it manualy is not a good solution + there are other points we must think of.
NT players should be removed right away, all other players at the end of the season. You can't have these teams clogging up the top leagues for 3+ seasons, it's not good for the game in any way.
Imo end of season for all players is the best solution. The season counts 13 weeks, so it's not that bad. Also...I don't know how it is now, but I recon the training should be kept for all players until end of season, so at least all players will play and train.
Maybe a mechanism that checks if NT players are placed to play and if not, replace a random non-NT player on the pitch.

It is not that easy, now players from banned teams that get red cards or injuries, are moved out to the bench, hence they won't be playing and nt managers can't put a 22 <= 24 years player to play regularly on the nt team just to make sure they get the minutes(in offical games cause friendly not count). So it is a waste of potential for the selection.
Yes but the waste is due to the manager who either quit or got banned...You cannot blame the game mechanics for a human neglect.
If the game is about soccer, the player itself doesnt really belongs to the manager if its selected by nt, because he cant sack him from the game meaning that no matter what the banned ppl do, the player is a separared entity for the nt. So it is ok to have a system way out to handle this.
Well what I like about all this mess, is that is for everybody, all countries will suffer this, so if they wanna keep it this way, they will be the most affected side at the end.
