There is a process for getting players out of bot teams. Unfortunately it's simply ignored by the admins because they don't want to make leagues "unbalanced", as if suspensions and injuries don't already do that.

This player has a lot of potential to play for Brazil's NT in the coming seasons if he continues training with them.
I hope some administrator puts him on the market to give someone the chance to buy and train him.

I can appreciate your input, but this is a complete lie! Admins were stripped from the possibility to do this by the owners! Only they can do this process now and they don't have the time to do so. It's a stupid decision indeed, but don't blame the admins.

If that's the case then I apologise, it's what I was told.
I'm pretty sure it was Geston that told me that on here about a month ago. He said Admins were too busy and the process took too long, so it simply doesn't get done. There was no mention of it being the responsibility of the bosses.

what? can you show me the post where owners tells admins not to do that?
and I dont think admins dont do that because it makes leagues unbalanced
afaik (although I might be wrong), owners agreed for that and admins are free to do that and they can do taht how they want to do that
however, due to multiple recurring petty requests from users to list every single minor or major player, admins dont do that because it's tiring, time consuming and may cause some problems if they for example forgot to ban user back again

It really shouldn't be up to the Admins to decide who is worthy of being freed. If they're NT and they've played, that's the level. The lower level NT's are full of terrible players, but that's the best they've got and it's completely wrong to just dismiss them as "Not good enough" because they don't reach the standards other countries need.
Can it be difficult to create a setting of sales setup after 50 days of inactivity?

Some NT coaches asked for literally every possible player, even some terrible ones that had no chance to make it to the NT. People came up with lists of 15+ players. 16-30, mostly players that did not play in NT and likely would never play.
Freeing 1 player means unblocking a team / bot, creating a password, logging in, listing player, blocking the account again. Possibly some other steps as well.
Doing that for 1 player is probably fine, but doing that for 15, 30 players? Come on, who would want to waste their time for free in such way.

your comment is right but if you don't have time leave the place. How many administrators are there in the whole game? 10? For the owners they are too many. something isn't right
I have spent the time of my life updating hundreds of players in the database for the many national teams (big NT) as a scout and almost 5 years as a tutor to explain the game to each user.
all this for "free"

Yes, they get an equivalent of one free beer every month for that. :-P
I don't think it's about the time, it's just annoying and people simply don't want to do that.
Do you want to do that? You can apply for admin position take over the process, then hear from angry users that you are too slow and it takes too long :-P

If you can't do the job, don't take the job. Try going into work and telling your boss that you can't be bothered to do your role.
As for your example of 15 players
If they've played for the NT, they're botted, they qualify. That is the rule, is it not? You can't just say "Nah, too much work. Can't be bothered." as if the rules are voluntary. You're a bloody admin, your sole purpose is to enforce these rules.
