Struś (and Kryminator) were oficially presented in the polish forum, as new members of the sokker team.
Right after this, struś opened this topic with the ambition "to improve communication between the development team and users".
So I am sure that this is the right topic and I am also sure, that he can succeed with his aim. I really believe, that he can be the key factor.

no doubt that it would be a big progress if we would have a topic where the devs give us answers, especially now during the reforms
Struś (and Kryminator) were oficially presented in the polish forum, as new members of the sokker team.
glad to know that, may be we are not important for sokker
they should have been presented on the international forum, or in a specific post, we don't care about other nations.
PLEASE STOP spreading information first on the Polish forum, you MUST first on the international forum.

"they should have been presented on the international forum"
Should? Should according to what? There is no obligation...
Just the opposite, I consider such a message in the Polish forum, as a great "optional" gift for the rest of the community ;)

"PLEASE STOP spreading information first on the Polish forum, you MUST first on the international forum. "
Clarom, they must not.
Btw, they do the most practical thing, they communicate in the language, they speak better.
At the moment, because of the changes and the problems with the changes, clear communication has a bigger priority.

For Now with translators, the news can be done very quickly, why they don't use it to inform community, wa are in 2022 not in 1970
I have to agree with clarom on this one. It really isn't hard to provide the international community with news first as opposed to providing it to a select country. I expect the owners to want this game to grow on an international level after the most pivotal changes are done, and if you want such a project to succeed, you have to stop favoring just one country and make the international community your starting point for all crucial communication. Language is not an excuse nowadays - if you lack english skills yourself, then just add a skilled person to your team.
I'm sure the above-mentioned additions to the dev team have good intentions and are willing to help, but I fear that they too might be restricted by the lack of information they receive.
I accept that with everything that's going on right now, this topic is probably not their high-priority at the moment, and I do appreciate the efforts and the information we actually do receive. We have, after all, come a long way from the comatose state from years back. But precise communication is paramount, and in the future the interaction with the community has to improve even more, if this game is to seriously expand its userbase and prosper.

If it's international news, I agree.
But the selection of kryminator and strus into the dev crew through the Polish forum is correct, since both users AND devs are all Polish. It's the easiest medium to use.
Also, it's an intern decision, not an international poll.
But this topic has specially been made for Q and A and for days, it's only Q and zero A. And that's wrong.

Yeah, I meant it more on a general level. struś presented himself nicely in his first post of this thread, so that's perfectly fine with me. But with the leak of the new league system in recent memory, it's only normal that there is a sense of "I wonder what else we're missing" in the international community, especially during a period of radio silence.
As I said, precise communication is important. A case in point is the notice of the server downtime which was announced to take place this weekend. As forum users now know, this was a mistake. But is was never corrected in the official Pressroom statement. Users shouldn't have to browse through different forums and threads to find out what's going on and which information is right or wrong.

yeah, don't see the point of it to be honest
most questions here or in PL are kept ignored/unanswered
it's just another useless thread to ask questions and not receive the answer

My Dears. To improve does not mean to go to the highest level right away:) Especially before the reform I tried to collect various questions from several forums and give answers. I was not able to answer everything. Just as I wasn't able to answer questions in several different threads on different forums on an ongoing basis. The answers I managed to get I published in the press room as news. I hope this method of communication can be improved to better meet your expectations.
The first step has nevertheless been taken. Even if not all, some of the answers appear. Above all, the international community was informed before the national ones. I intend to continue this and, with the appropriate cooperation of the other members of the Staff, to develop it further.
The next article is coming soon...

@elmomo and others who accuse me of presenting more information in regional forums.
I have taken publishing first for the international community as my main focus.
The mentioned 'leak' was an example of this - you can check it out, only later Polish users copied the material from the INT forum.
As I mentioned above. I don't write very actively in threads, I publish the material in the press room and I always do it first for all countries, in English. Later, translations are published - including Polish ones.

It would be better (IMO) to gather all questions one by one and then give answers to them in a typical Q&A form
Question 1:
Answer 1:
If You don't have an answer, just write what You can. Devs don't know yet / Not decided / It will be revealed later etc.
For now people asked lots of serious questions and basically got no response, even for easy questions...
If Devs don't want to answer any questions (it looks so at the moment) then what's the point of this thread? You're just wasting Your own time trying to help
----
also - there was this friendly league schedule problem, zero communication about it, no info after the leagues were deleted/cancelled etc.
It's not News Page worthy, but imo such smaller changes/decisions should be communicated, possibly on forum in a closed News thread

Just for the record, I did in no way accuse you of that. I was talking in general terms.
I honestly appreciate your efforts, but if I may offer a suggestion, it is to keep the information precise and up to speed. A example at hand is the DD 61 in which at least 2 factual errors (server works and junior league) remained uncorrected. Again, I don't blame you personally, but such things should be edited for the benefit of users who only read the Pressroom to keep themselves informed.

Huray! I am happy to read "I intend to continue this"!

(Question based on some responses from staff on Polish forum where "they still not decided that")
oha, this is really important for our training plans. I know that some people want NT matches without injuries, but many managers use U21 matches for their training and it would hurt me if that would end with the new season. We already have the shorter season training reduction and this would be another reduction - hopefully not!
