Hi everyone, this match blow my mind

I need some help analyzing it..
Didn't expect to loose and loosing 0 - 4 was totally out of expectations..

I personally have two comments that can justify such result.

1. My goalkeeper was excelent goalkeeper
2. Most of the players where knew and i think that makes them have bad coordination or team work,

but maybe, I have some tactical mistakes?

Yes, new players position themselves much worse. And excellent goalkeeper definitely had an impact on the number of goals scored by your opponent.

Your opponent had a [13] goalkeeper, you can get a 30+ goalkeeper very cheaply and it's worth it. BUT look at the wages, very high GK means also a very high wage, so it's better not to go crazy with anything more than [14] at your level.

And if you want to train your own goalkeeper:
a. it's not very profitable, GK prices dropped down
b. you should buy a younger one than 21, at 21 good goalkeepers are already at 15-18 level

Thanks borkos... Maybe I need some ideas of how to play in MID tactically, in defense and offensive

Without watching the game it's difficult to say. The teams look roughly the same level, stats are even slightly favouring them. Sometimes it's just a matter of getting lucky with striker position and them getting through the gaps.

Hahaha their keeper Merisalo, he's mine. I sold him 2-3 weeks ago. He can be spectacular or absolutely awful.

Ok so I'm watching it now. It's a bit of a strange one because the Match Report page bears absolutely no resemblance to the formation you played. Match report makes it look like a 5-3-2 but in-game it's very much a 4-4-2.

Ok, problems.

Big gap in the middle of your defence.
Tactical discipline problems I think. When they line up, they're not positioned correctly. That's the players fault, not yours.
Your defence needs to move further to the side to deal with wingers.
The biggest problem though is that your defence is getting absolutely no protection from the midfield. When you move the ball into their half all your mids are moving up, which is fine if your defence is following them, but your defence sits back, your mids move up and there's no-one to stop their attack running straight at you.

What is he? Att or def ? In our u21 we dont have def in his age even in older selection

Train him pace and after few ups from general training, you can see in which direction can be trained.

IMHO, for now, he is everything but not defender. :)

if i change tactic from 5 3 2 to 4 3 3 and want to sub in mid and sub out def. will that mid playing on def order or mid like his order while it looks on bench and recive def % for traning?

He will get the order of the player that started the game

tnx :) and what is actually the difference if i play mid on def order and def with mid order? is it too much diff in their play ?

Not really... defs will tend to clear ball fast more, mids look to hold on to ball untill tempered pass is possible, but otherwise its more with att role and attackers it hard to mix roles.... throughout nt and cc history it has been seen 7-8 all defs or all mids
