my goalkeeper plays two official matches a week but since last season he has always been at 13 tactical discipline and doesn't go up or down and I have a superhuman main coach and three magical assistants is it a bug?

What happens if the player designated to take a free kick, is substituted?
Who takes the free kick in that case, the new player random / cloest player

i guess tactical discipline is in the line with match played + tacktic + age.
the more you play a player in any match, with same tactic + more older age, then his tactical discipline is going higher.
