If you want detailed info:
"9 days" means he is between 8.5 and 9.5 days of injury
"7 days" would mean between 6.5 and 7.5 days of injury
But "slight injury" has condition "less than 7.0 days of injury", so about half of "7 days" injuries are slight injuries, and other half are still considered serious injuries
He needs to get under 7.0 days. He should heal enough unless he is doubly unlucky 1) close to 9.5 now, 2) gets bad healing (17yo on average heal more than 2.5 days in 2 days, but there is some randomness in it so it could be less)
For the Data, he now appears with 7 days, yesterday was 9: 2 days recovery in 1 day. I assume he was like 9 and now is 7.5 ore something like that

Do we know anything about the GT from formation trainings? Is it 20-30% of normal GT, like the FT/AT ratio, or it is at a similar level with regular GT?

What do you mean by GT from formation training?
There is advanced training, formation training and general training - three different things

I have many doubts...could someone complete this table?
X Formation = 1 Advanced
X GT = 1 Advanced
On the other hand, players who train formation/advanced receive GT?

All skills that Arent trained receive gt (except for goalkeeper skill on outfield players)
You can set players to either receive formation or advanced, then that single skill receive training in that single skill (but still gt in All other skill)
Im Not 100% on formation training value but i think its equal to 2 gt or 1/4 advanced training. And 8 gt = 1 advanced training... some might correct me

So I have 2 players. Same talent, same skill same age, everything. Player A gets pace AT player B gets pace FT both at 100% rate. Do they develop at the same rate in passing for example?

Yes.
And formation training is ~ double what you get from GT in value.
7 GT = 1 AT
1 FT = 2 GT

Does how many youth players I have affect how many new youth players I get on Saturday? Obviously you can only get 6 new maximum anyway but I'm wondering whether cutting my youths down means a better chance of getting 6.
Thanks!
Then formation training could be considered as GT skill booster x 2

Not completely random. 2 to 4 most Likely. 1 and 5 rare. 6 very rare.
It can still be random, just doesn't follow uniform distribution :)
