Ofc saving players worth the time mate!
I've just said that it is not easy as Camus thinks.

Anyway, I will be happy if the process of saving will reborn!

This is basic, no links, flags instead of country names, but it's a basic demonstration of what I can do within an hour. All these players are bots in NT and U-21 NT's (as of Thursday). All have played a game.

It’s not about having a list but the process. Admina have to do every player manually - create a new password for the team, log in, list the player. And often NT coaches asked to list 5-10 players at once, some of them terrible.

Then don't be an admin? If you're allowing a backlog to grow, that's your own fault.

People asked for LOTS of players, not only those called up/playing for NT.

So? If they're not NT and they haven't played a game, they're irrelevant.
That list is current NT bot players who have actually played a game. As far as I'm aware that qualifies them to be TL'd. If they haven't been, someone isn't doing their job. Stop making excuses for people not doing what they're assigned to do.

Damn guys... It is really more complicated.

1. We don't want to just produce more admins. We want more quality over quantity. Guess what it means.

2. Admins don't want to do that cause whole process takes alot of time. So again, if we don't want to produce more admins we want to make the whole process easier. Build some kind of procedure. We have plans just need some time to introduce.

You realise I could make a complete list and clear that entire backlog in 2-3 days, right? In a former life I was an administrator, it was my job to go into offices, build systems and fix ineffecient processes. If I'm exposing the... let's say ineffectiveness of your admins, it's better to admit it than make excuses.

As for automated systems in the future that's great, but it doesn't help us now and let's be real honest here, it's not going to be helping us any time soon.

But I'm not telling that current state is efficient. It isn't, no excuses.

But admin function isn't just "listing players", there are alot of other imporntant functionalities, big responsibility. We don't want to give "A" to someone who just "want to be an admin" at forum.

Not that simple. That's the problem. Everyone is just thinking about one aspect, forgeting about others.
You can't just list all players whenever you want. That wouldn't be fair for league rivals in bots leagues, when one team plays against strong bot and than few days later another one plays with bot after solding out

Yep I understand that admins have a lot of roles and that I don't have a full view of whatever system you have in place. I suspect you've got a structural problem though.
If you've 20 admins and they've all got the same job description, things fall through the cracks, because everyone does the easy stuff first, that's human nature. Admin roles need to be job specific so that you don't have these backlogs building up, because everyone is doing something else.

I'm very aware I'm being an abrasive demanding arsehole, but that's how you get things done. You guys obviously have a lot of plans and catching up to do, but there's a need to address now, as well as the future.

There are always solutions, but sometimes short-term pain is necessary. As for what you've just said, you literally just had a 2-week off-season where you could have sorted this and it wouldn't have affected anyone.
