A developper should always look for the best way to attract people to a game and maintain their interest. Unwanted, unpopular changes won't make a game better.
That's all great and I agree, but I'm not the one that owns the game and decisions. I told you why they wanted to do it.
I wrote Raul many times that they are doing only negative changes in the game and that won't bring new users while it will also make older users angry or less interested. It doesn't matter though because that's their idea of developing the games, so when considering ideas you have to look at them from their perspective.
Now they are planning changes in the youth school. Good direction. Will they fix the problems? In my opinion no, they will probably for example make the talent more "normal", so less terrible talents but also less top talents. In short they will probably fuck it up even more and then they will be happy that there are less great players.

I am one of the 2 really active managers from India that is contributing to the NT.
There are 2 relatively new managers that don't know much about the game and aren't too active.
In the recent U21 election, the existing manager got 2 votes from both the actice managers but the 2 newbies for some reason voted for another new manager. Hence, the new manager won the election. However, this manager is basically not replying to private messages nor is he/she participating in the forums. In the 1st match of the season we lost 5-0 as he did not set any tactics.
Being a country with minimal active users, it is very disheartening for our efforts to go in vain in this manner. I have been playing sokker for over 20 years and am the 1st Indian manager. However, this has to be the most demoralised I have felt in the last 20 years.
Is there any way the admins can look into this? Either allow us to change the manager or get the new manager to atleast take an active interest.

I'd suggest looking into why these new inactive managers voted for this guy. It sounds questionable to me.
Imagining there in 2024 still Are People who cheat in sokker.org if thats the case
This. We've had cheating in NT elections recently and I just roll my eyes. Like, why?
Multi accounts too still happen to trade.... in a 20 year old game
do new accounts not have a penalty of 2-3 months before they can vote? :)
I hope this can be resolved.
I have a question for people with experience, a brilliant coach vs magical for juniors. How much difference do you think there is.

In my personal opinion (and not in my role as a tutor) I believe it's 0.2 per level at maximum talent. So a 3.4 talent at Magical would be a 3.6 at Brilliant, a 3.8 at Incredible etc.

I echo the sentiments. I have 6 players in the U21 team and 3 play regularly. Being a country with a small user base, we have made significant progress in the last few seasons. But this situation is very disappointing.
If the new coach is not active then we should be allowed to change the coach. Hoping the administrators can look into this.

I'm basing it on what others have said and what I've seen with my own youths. I remember someone telling me that Magical tops out at 3.4 and Unearthly at 3.2. I had a Brilliant youth coach for quite a while and could never get under 3.66.
I switched to Magical about 2 months ago and now I've got someone estimated between 3 and 3.3, although I'm certain that will drop.
Also just generally I've seen a roughly .2 improvement in the talent of existing players. Some slightly more, some slightly less.
I should really do the math, compare and contrast talent before and after I upgraded my coach.

I think it is kind of useless to do it now without certainty of level.
Best would be to search forums for old data from times were current junior level was certain.
But ~0,2 difference per coach level sounds about right.

0,2 drop between levels is visible.
With unearthly and magical it's different because you compare between an unearthly 16,2 coach and probably high-end magicals 15,95 e.g.

I'm fortunate enough to have someone in my youth squad who joined with roughly 30 weeks to go and had roughly 15 weeks under my Brilliant youth coach. He's an ideal test subject for seeing how much his talent improves.
