seeing what happens to a friend, I'm wondering if it's right and done on purpose that not having a trainer for the main team there are no skills increasing for all players (normal) but also no decreasing for resistance and fitness, and specifically for the old players in everything... it could be a bug?

We have a situation with the U21 team in India where the only two active users voted for the previous coach, but two others voted against him. In the first match, he didn't utilize an existing tactic—likely an oversight. He hasn't responded to any emails, and it's been a while since we've seen four votes in total.

Could an admin please look into this? The national team is very important to the two active users, and they are frustrated with the outcome. All their efforts to train young players seem to be in vain. If everything was done according to the rules, the users will have to wait until the end of the season. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

For the second time in a row in India, and in just the second match under the new coach, he has once again made an error with the lineup. This is disappointing for the Indian community. I completely agree. In the last election, the previous coach won with 2 votes, and his campaign was very strong. The two active users were pleased with his work. In this new election, the same two active users voted for him again, but somehow the other candidate received 2 votes from unknown sources and won the position. Unfortunately, he hasn’t been responsive, isn’t aligning the team, and is undoing the hard work that their small community has put into developing the limited players they have.

Again... I plea for a restriction to vote, for all users who are less than a full season on Sokker!

What do people do when you have a NT Coach that doesn't answer questions, doesn't makes new tactics and doesn't communicate nothing about NT to the community?

Our coach Behmen is not answering nothing to the community, not giving explanations nor sharing with community about season.

It just seems he wants to make curriculum with us.

Agree, totally unfair.

And besides of what users from India said previously in this forum, and what I explained, is uncomfortable the silence of the staff. Is not normal or fair what happened in India, come on.

I have youth players with potential between Formidable (11) and Incredible (13), but they are drawn 10 and below. Is the potential something that is not accurate assessment?

Does Club Ranking affect any calculations or is it just for show?

It's only for the cup draw (top 50% are always seeded and can't play eachother)
