They have sub skills you can’t see and the 82% for the coach page is meaningless. It’s just the overall level/17 and skill level/17 for the individual skills.
Edit: Also those % don’t take into consideration sub skills/levels.

They’re accurate to some degree. They’re just excluding sub levels from that calculation so all unearthly coaches will show the same % regardless of where the sub levels are. It won’t tell you one unearthly is better than another unearthly for example. It also won’t show you the exact difference between a low unearthly and a high magical either. The % difference will be the same between a high unearthly and low magical and a low unearthly and a high magical.
It’s basically pointless for most users from what I can tell. Just like the projected talent in youth school where everyone is assumed to have a talent 4. That’s not only useless but completely misleading.

maybe training % are based on rounded number but the general coach skill is calculeted on subskills....that could be the explanation.....
Think you’ll find it’s the opposite but I could be wrong. Pretty sure sub level is counted for training purposes but not for what you see on the coach training page. You’re better off ignoring that completely.
Can someone clarify for me the exact process for getting a NT player out of a bot team, step by step.
There's none at the moment.
He will go on transfer market IF called up when the bot team is replaced by a new one.

That is sad... Can't this player go to TL straigt when bot looses his team?
Apparently no and the logic behind decision is: that could lead to walkovers and wouldn’t be fair in league system (some would play a normal team, so would get free points)
So
1. Has to have played for NT
2. Has to be in NT squad
3. Has to be in a bot team when it's replaced
and after all that, an Admin can still say "No, it'll unbalanced the league"?

No, for teams with a good first team, it usually takes so long before they are relegated to the 2nd or 3rd or so division and then replaced. It's then too late for these players because they haven't trained for the whole time....so it's basically just too late for most of them.... question would be whether it would help if they did the reset of bot teams twice in a season: in the middle and at the end of the season.....that would be a good compromise...
hmmm my youthteam has a free game... but it doesnt give a 5-0 winning i see from last week apponent.. is this normal?
You have an uneven number of teams in your league and you didn’t get an opponent
