Q : The state of form!
Will it be possible to manage the state of form?
I have a goalkeeper who continues inexorably to drop in value and I have no way of being able to stop this aspect and it harms performance by predicting an average of 2 goals every 4 shots.

Q: About extra training against stronger opponents - will there be any clarification about what stronger opponents means or it will be on us to figure it out? Also - the bonus will be some additional "extra" training received on top of normal or simply will help to reach 100% training effectiveness with less minutes played?
Q: Since the new league structure, the financial gap between teams from countries with a just very small amount of active users compared to teams from bigger nations gets even bigger. There has always been a gap (which is OK), but up to four additonal bots promoted to premier league result in a big drop of income: a) less sponsorship money b) less supporters c) less gate receipts. Are there any plans to reduce this gap?

By improving the game and the gameplay (work in progress) and then starting a marketing campaign to increase the amount of managers in all countries. For small countries this is a 'one step backwards, 2 step forwards approach'.
In the meantime patience and confidence is needed by the few managers in the small countries. And somewhat deep pockets, but that shouldn't be an issue because it's easier to train more young players, you're practically guaranteed of prize money in cup and league etc etc

When NT managers will be able to see players skills?
A: We don't know yet - it is a work in progress. Possibly as early as the current season, but the priority is training reform.
We have entered in the last perioud of the current season, still no changes, still no news...
Please, Mr. Tsolias, update Q1 in the new Questions list...

Q1: how training reform will take into consideration stamina? Older players get tired quickly for exemple and need to rest for better stamina (no need train session).
Q2: There will be a way to work on form? New strutture or trainer dedicated? Not only random but new clear solution cause-effect?

I don't know if anyone has already asked this. We will have 10 advanced training slots. So if we get any injury or red card in the first league match do we lose the slot for the second league match?
Yours are two good proposals, the first to have a more realistic Stamina role and management.
About the second one, also having the chance to improve Form for key players, or at least a less random and more realistic management of the Form itself should be another important improvement. For example, your player plays often, has good ratings and participates to important matches, such as cups, international and NT ones, or wins against stronger teams? So form tends always to rise up.

Lol but the youngsters they can afford are ones that just get thrown away by larger countries due to overall less income.
And sponsorship in cup etc is very little.
To even try to compare these and say "it's OK it's equal" is beyond a joke.
And patience...the problem has been around for 17years. Finally they have a chance to fix it, and you call for more patience.
