Will a red card affect training or will my player not receive training or he still will get training for mins played during the week?

If there is a slight injuty and the player plays 1 game (96%)… Does the player trained with this slight injury still recieve the 96% or is that lowered?

Can I wait for the age update before replacing my coach, or will I lose training?

I assume retirement should occur at same time as age update, and it is on Saturday. So you should not lose training.

I have all coaches to be replaced and I assume that those current ones will leave my club during update on last day of this season or first day of new season (when the age update occurs), so Friday or Saturday, so I intend to replace only junior coach this season as his skills will be needed on Saturday and I will not need the rest of coaches until Thursday so I will have almost whole week (the first week of the season) to replace them after they leave.

I don't think you'll see the exact date of their leave on reminder newses, I think it will be stated as "end of the season".

Or junior comes with assigned skill already regardless of you have junior coach or not?

Exactly what mauser has said. You need junior coach to get his estimations of your juniors. Without him all will be marked as tragic ones (or maybe only new ones?).

But also junior does come with assigned skill already regardless of you have junior coach or not? But without coach he will be marked as tragic (even if his real skill is 7.0) and it will later slighly spoil linear regression approximations when calculating talent.
