Hello,
from the rules: Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you
What does that mean? Can someone explain that with an example?
Thanks :)

You shouldnt aim for 100%. 2 matches Are enough. Injury risk is worse then few %.
You can get 96% with 90 min friendly and 23 min official

your new junior is level 5,0 and your coach will estimate him somewhere between 2,5 and 7,5
after 10 weeks he is level 8,0 - without matches the coach will estimate him between 5,5 and 10,5, with matches between 7,0 and 9,0

If your player plays in a youth match, your coach will give you better information about him
you never see the real level of your junior, you see only the coaches estimation
I belive it works like this.
At the start (with 0 matches played) estimation can be wrong aroound (-2,7 ; +2,7). That is with magical/unearthly coach (with lower levels estimation will be even worse).
So if you get a junior whose real level is e.g. 6,2 - your coach could think he is (3,5 ; 8,7).
Witch each match estimation error will get lower.

Example with graphs
- this is how junior develops in real
> Youth Talent Calculator
- but you can't see real values, your coach makes mistakes (depends on overall level he has) and below i sthe graph how junior would looks like without playing a single match
> Youth Talent Calculator
- and if he would play matches
> Youth Talent Calculator
as you can see the graph becomes more accurate week by week.

Thank you for the tip. I usually do what you say (90min friendly + 23 min official), but this week is an exception as I won an official match by WO and was curious to know the minimum minutes to get 100% for this particular week only.

There has never been seen a 5 up or down, so why you estimate error can be over 2.5 each way

Oh, I didn't think about it that way. 2,7 was an educated guess bassed on the fact that I've never seen a new junior with level 10. Given that max junior level is 7,2 then max error must be lower than 2,8. But your point is very valid - might be 2,5 then.
What about junior coaches estimation when your team wins by walkover?
Based on this explanation youths improvement (talent) is already defined once the enter de school.
It is the same to have an excelent or magical coach because at the end the youth level is going to be the same?
The only thing that changes is the level estimation?
So i can have a player estimated to be excellent with 13 coach but could be excellent + 2.5?

So I believe talent is unchangeable in that it’s fixed when they enter the youth school. However, a higher youth coach means that junior improves faster and comes out at a higher level and with more higher skills.
Basically the true talent is fixed, the estimated talent most refer to isn’t.
