Good afternoon everyone, I have a question. Regarding the coach, I would like to know what parameters are important. As far as I know, the main coach is important because of his ability. For example, supernatural speed. What is important for the secondary coach? Individual ability or average? For example, what is better, an assistant coach with supernatural speed and a poor level or one who has poor speed but an average level that is magical?

the latter, i.e. for assistants only the general level matters.

For assistants all that counts is average skill level. But it matters if he is 12.4 or 12.7.... also in each skill there is sublevel. For junior coach its the same.

For head coach the individuals skills matter, also regarding general training

And, most important, you need 3 assistants.
All other number of assistents is not good.

rather than 3 magical. first I told my experience to Tsolias years ago and as I remember he tried and confirmed this from his experience too.

two three days ago I fired my 3rd magical assistant -he was my backup for the unearthly coach- but I decided to find a new magical or unearthly for youth school in the future when the unearthly retires as my training efficiency dropped since I moved to 3 magical coaches from 2 magical coaches

tsolias was gathered some data years ago. since I just fired 3rd coach after a couple of seasons, let me check if I can make some comparison in the next weeks. during coach retiring phase I had a lot of replacements and data may be wrong if I try to do it now.

at the moment here is how my coaches looks like, I just fired a very high wage magical assistant after this thursday. I'll try to make some comparison in the next weeks without changing training on some positions.

you would need a lot more time than that to make any comparisons

and since it is better to have 2 assistants according to you, why did you have 3...?
