I did huge mistake in 75m though put striker in mid line and we basically played 5 0 4 but seems was not so bad despite that sokker is weird..

Check these Brazilians, João Luiz Motumbo and Linneu Assis. They earn 10% more. They have definitely higher skills.
Or even better check these 2 Bosnians: Sibin Durdžić and.... Lazar Manjak! The last one is definitely a monster player. On his last transfer before 2 seasons, he was sold for just 9 million €. His skills were:

My respect is to Scotland such small community and such strong avg value players
i think stats is based on players playing in games by i may be worng
..and in addition, skill 18+16 creates a higher value than 17+17 (check it here, on Terrions site) and form also affects value (+/- 30%)
So the average value is just an indicator of strength that needs to be evaluated if you want some hard facts.
