Subject: [U21] World Cup , by Krzysztof/
Probably won't add to that, as devs totally ruined NT for smaller countries, way too many injuries , my season was stupid , never gonna manage NT again , everyone will follow suit, you'll just get newbies doing the muggy jobs now, nobody wants players playing in friendlies now!!!
Colleagues and friends in just a few days we start the U21 World Cup.
Every national team, every fan has their dreams.
It's good to know them, let's start the fun:)
Time to start the fun, I'm here to start the World Cup!
Time to start the fun, we are here to start the U21 World Cup!!!
It's time for the U21 World Cup to begin :)

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
1. I am not an active user in forums, but since I am NT manager I changed that approach because the job requires to use the forum. Once I finish with this, I will go back to fully-game-focused mode and forget the forum.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
2. The group is made of 2 big communities (España and Schweiz) and 2 midium ones (Hayastán and us). I have great confidence in this seasons team. I only need a couple of players to improve form. Thats all I ask, and with that I promise we will give a surprise. I honestly think we have a team strong enough to make it to the next phase.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
3. Polska, Brasil, Deutschland and Italy
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
4. us, Uruguay
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5. Its a great mix of chess with a football manager, but diferred in time (you cant adapt to each movement). The best improvement would be to allow substitutions with a different playing order (f.e. player A comes in with MID order, player B goes out with DEF order), and the ability to change orders for the 2nd half during the 1st half (so an 5 or 10 minutes pause would be needed as half-time). This would give managers that watch the games live an advantage, to be able to change their tactique and lineup considering what happened in the first half. Badly formed lineups would be of the entire responsability of the managers, or a "default" lineup can be used in case the manager does not finish his 2nd half orders on time before the 2nd half starts. Clearly this would be a challenge for servers, but also it would boost activity in the site. It would make it really important to watch matches live.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
6. Consider Stamina as one of the most important skills of the players. You can have a star, but if his stamina is very low, you are giving away several minutes of the game for your rivals to take advantage. You only have 3 substitutions: plan them wisely and choose "good" or better stamina players.
Thank You Fractura :)

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
I'm retired, I'm 57 years old and I have 3 children, I'm in Sokker Brasil's A series.
I'm completing 16 seasons ahead of the U21 team, being the 8th World Cup I'll play. I directed Brazil, Portugal and now Greece. My best results were runner-up with Portugal and 5th place with Brazil and Greece.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
My group is quite difficult due to my current selection not being very strong. For sure the favorites are Italy and France, but we have conditions to surprise them. I think with the decrease of 3 weeks per training season, due to the low skill levels the players are more unpredictable. Whoever knows how to work this will have an advantage.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
The traditional four that are always favorites
Poslka, Romania, Italy, Česká republika
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
There is a selection that has the potential to surprise, which is Colombia and Suomi.
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
I would go back to 16 weeks, or increase the training speed, because when you close the player's skills he is almost 30 years old and doesn't take advantage of it.
In the world cup you would do as in real life, you would choose 26 players and enroll in the tournament, not being able to change.

Let them do their best.
Thank you Tony Madeira

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
Well, I've always really liked the game, I don't consider myself a great strategist, but I always like to give my all in matches and like everyone else, I don't like to lose. In recent seasons the game has been strategically difficult for me (I don't have a PC to accommodate tactics), but the Cuban community trusts the work I'm doing, so all my senses will be at the disposal of the U21 team!!
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
My group... very difficult... 8th, 9th and 23rd places in the ranking, anything can happen, we may win all three games or lose all three, at this level you don't know for sure what can happen!
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
I do not like to give a favorite! But Poland U21 always has the favorite sign, although Romania and Brazil are to be respected!
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
The biggest surprise I think will be Bosna i Hercegovina U21
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
There are several things about the game that annoy me a bit:
1- The youth system; to improve it there are different opinions, I like the opinion that raises a lower age (14-15 years) in the juveniles that take longer to leave.
2- The DT of the national teams have no way of seeing the skills of the national teams; As far as I know, a modification is being worked on
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
For other selectors, I can only wish them success and may the best man win!!

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
I have been an active manager since the mid 2000's, however had a number of years away from the game and had to restart. Passion has always been about growing the NT, and giving every user in the game a fair chance to make the most out of this game without suffering a handicap due to country you reside in.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
Our group has two large, strong teams in Hrvatska and Brasil who will be very difficult to get any points against (although we almost knocked off #2 rank at the time, Espana, albeit with a weaker team except for a last 3minute goal in ME madness), and Israel, who is very similar to Australia although a larger player base to choose from. Given this is Australia U21's first showing in the world cup group stage since my original team was producing juniors (26 seasons ago), anything could happen.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
Big 4 this tournament would be Poland, Italy, France, Hrvatska
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
Suomi should throw up some great results despite being ranked #4 in their group
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
There is too much in this game financially based around supporter club sizes which gives a huge advantage to any nation that can fill out 2 divisions worth of teams. Nations with less than 30 users desperately need a merged league as we have managers in the game who have played more bots than users in official matches, and this just isn't right.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
Have fun. Care less about results and more about getting your community involved, the rest will look after itself (spoken from someone who has brought the rank from the 60's in to the mid 30's)

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
My name is EJ aka Jaouad, I'm 28 years young living in NL. Started my Sokker career at the age of 14 years, took it serious around 17/18 year I guess.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
Group E , Very strong group.. -> Polska, Slovensko, Chile, NL. I think Polska is without a doubt the n1 in our group, but with some small surprises and good preparations everyone can lose, I still think I have a good chance to continue too, but so does Chile, Slovensko.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
Polska, Romania, Italy, Czech
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
I personally think either Deutschland or NL.
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
Erm, NT should be a priviledge at all times for all countries, the fact they dont get training now for friendlies is imo not the best idea.
Also 13 weeks is just too short, 16 weeks was way better. NT should be able to see the skills of all current NT players.
Also the fact that people refuse to share an NL player skills to me as their coach cause they are afraid of injuries, rly starts to piss me off.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
Have fun, enjoy the game. Select a day per week to do all ur ''coaching'' stuff. I do think more people can be helping the NTs even when they dont have any direct influence on it.
1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
My name is Alejandro, I am 47 years old, I am an IT Systems Analyst and I have been playing Sokker since 2007. I am very passionate about the game.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
It's a nice group and it's going to be competitive. Everyone thinks Poland is the best by far. Maybe you have a bigger squad, but don't think the difference is that big. Tactics play a very important role in this game. Otherwise Poland would be champion every year.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
It seems to me that Poland can fight for the world title as well as Spain, Romania and Italy.
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
Uruguay or Germany.
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
It would allow the National Selectors to see the players' skills. Maybe with some restrictions due to a control issue, but it would be nice to have that data.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
I could tell you that tactically we can play on equal terms with any national team. That 5 points of performance is not the big difference.
1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
1- Hello, my name is Nahuel, I am 34 years old, I live in Buenos Aires, and I have been playing sokker for many years, I started in 2005, more or less in 2016 I lost the team and returned in 2018 with my current team.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
2- We played a very difficult group.
This Romania, which is a world power, and Portugal, which has a great team, is going to be hard fought, and Iceland should not be underestimated, as it could surprise everyone in this World Cup.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
3- And for me the candidates are Poland, Romania and I don't rule out Brazil to have a great World Cup.
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
4- I think Colombia and Peru can surprise in this World Cup.
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5- And the things that would change the game for better or worse were modified, from that 2005 sokker to this one it has changed a lot, but maybe there is a lack of publicity or trying to invent something so that the sokkera community can grow.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
6- This is my second World Cup, in charge of the u21 Argentina, I can't give any advice, everyone be free and make soccer a sport of passion and joy, invent play, and good luck in the World Cup.
1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
I'm a Colombian economist, I love to play SK and I was a defense trainer before changes. I was coach for the Soth Africna NT for about 4 seasons, In taht time I take advantage of the generational relay and I won the African Cup for the first time with an African country. This will be my second season with Colombia U21
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
Colombia is in Group A, with Germany, Turkey and Peru... I think that is a very well balanced group... all teams average score is about 53.5... We have played against all of them and final score was pretty close... So strategy will be crucial...
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
Polska, Spain, Brazil, and Colombia, of course
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
I think that we will see Polska under the direction of a really good coach... I am clearly expecting to see how it gos for them.. and no team will make it easy.... that's for sure
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
an easy change would be to Introduce a bigger number of spots in the bench and accordingly more substitutions...
create official regional tournaments (Continental cups)... going back to the NT friendly games scheme... new change put in a very dangerous position to small countries...
and last, as economist.. it is necessary a reestructuration of the budget...
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
I would wish all of them good luck!!! and that this will be a really enjoyable tournament may the best team win
work with the local community so they know how to get train best players, for them and the NT. In Colombia we have been working for several seasons now, and our performance has improved a lot

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
1. My name is Lukas. I've been playing Sokker for 16 years.
In my country I have been champion of the first division (Série A) and 3 times champion of the Brazil Cup.
In the Champions Cup I won a third place a few years ago.
I was "inactive" for a few years and started playing again when I heard about the changes in the game that motivated me to start playing again.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
2. Spain is favored in group B, but they will not be able to lose points, because the Swiss coach has been there for 4 years and has already won silver in 2021 and got bronze in 2019.
Uruguay at the moment has a good team that can beat Switzerland and Spain. But I believe the favorites are Spain and Switzerland.
Armenia will probably lose all games.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
3. Poland and Romania (always).
Then Turkey and Italy.
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
4. Brazil (I know the quality of the players, because some play in my team and I trained them for this moment).
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5. I would change many things. I believe that Sokker and Hattrick (another game) have qualities that if you could unite everything in the same game, it would be excellent.
Example: A tool to know the average value that a player is sold. The main change would be in the youth academy. Today it is too random and HT (Hattrick) is much better.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
6. Play honestly. Do not play with more than one team.

1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
Generally I am one that dislikes writing about myself. All I can say is that I am before 50 and have great experience toward our game. I am curious how my life would look like without it :) I think we all spend time on here. The most recognisable work I am know for is Scotland U21, this was my biggest success. The team from 50th ranking reached a new peak of 14.
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
My group is very levelled, and it will continue to do so. I am not seeing any goals just fighting for the win each time. I have advanced hayanstan to the qualification of the World Cup. The pressure is off.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, and Croatia
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
Croatia
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
The owners should think of advancing smaller countries, would be great that they can be supported by national junior school
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
I wish everyone good emotions and fair competition, good luck to you all !
Hi, I’m comming back to sokker after a couple of years away I was a former mod and around 10 years ago as a U21 Chilean coach we manage to get a bronze cup.
Our chances a slim, we didn’t have a lot of users like 10 years ago, for me the favourite to win is Poland, but there are a lot of strong U21 teams.
As a surprise team I hope will be us.
Changes, this game need a lot of changes, first the slow training is aweful for new users, its impossible to maje this gane grow this way, give better juniors, my last team went almost 5 years and never got a decent junior, 1 magical and 1 unheartly for that long spending that much cash to no profits is too much. To many injuries and too long to recover is way too bad right now with short seasons.
Best wishes and avoid injuries, hope the bug keep running.
1. To start, write a few words about yourself:)
1) My name is Kaloyan, 32 years old. Working at advertising industry and also i am minifootball and futsal player. Now... recovering from an acl injury and have more free time to be u21 coach of my country. :))))
2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
2) For me, our group is the strongest... For Cuba and Hungary maybe really easy group... :)))) In our group we are outsiders... Last seasons part of our top managers left the game and this reflect to our national teams, now for u21, after few seasons also for senior team. However, we have really active maximum 15-20 managers. Cuba and Hungary are favorites. They have strong and balanced teams. Lietuva have really strong defense and can surprise everyone in our group. Despite all of this i want to beat all of them and win our group. I hope we will make great matches and better team will win.
3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
3) u21 is more difficult to make surprise... Polska and Romania are favotites.
4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
4) Why not Bulgaria? :))))) Everyone who beat Polska or Romania will be pleasant surprice... (last week we played against Polska and our u21 team looks like playing against senior team...) Great job by polska managers, they made amazing players!
5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5) Long story... Sokker is incredible game, but always can be better.
6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
6) Play for fun :)
