Work is started, just other bugs stopped it and get higher priority, but hopefully we will introduce it this season.

we are checking that training issue right now.
There should be no significant changes in training speed - indeed, we decided to increase parameter responsible for training speed of high skills, but change is not significant, and for skills bellow 12/13 there should be same as it was previously.
For higher skills training would be a bit slower, but the visible difference should be like +1 training to pop for magical or unearthly skill - not more.
Any other parameters remained the same (like training speed of particular skills).
So we will analyse that problem and give you clear answer if there is a bug/and we will fix it.

well... so there is clearly a bug, pops are not happening and the entire community is saying so... there were so many graphs that indicate that something is wrong!! i have myself some examples that shows that is not only +-1 the difference!! i have a 23yo player with +7 pace (13 to 14) and he didn´t pop, then a 26yo striker with +9 tech (14 to 15) and pace is clearly bugged, i have a 25yo guy with +12 pace and he didn´t pop to divine, is absurd that a player needs a whole seasson to pop (a great talent by the way) and i see more examples of this in forums so there is no excuse to tell... if there is a bug i hope you can fix it quick!

Nearly 3 month passed after training reform was implemented on live servers and You're telling that You start looking at slowing of training. NICE! If it was so high on dev team bug queue I'm curious what about GK training? Guess it is good time to buy unearth keeper trainer and go all in into that train...

My defender, 20yo popped after 4 full trainings to 10 pace. Then new training began... He needed 7 full trainings to pop from 10 to 11... Now he is 21yo and I dont want to think how many trainings he needs to make it 12... 9 weeks?

Raul thank you for being here with us, I suggest you to implement a joint project, this game is yours, but created for us. Compromise is very important in this case. It doesn't take much, everyone is asking for a clear matter, mainly about young players and the speed of training. For you, it's not difficult to change, and for us it's the joy of the game.

those 2 topics + injuries should be max priority (for what i read on forums and IMO too)
so i hope you can fix the training because people with +9, +10, +11, +12 trainings and no pops is just too frustrating

Because clearly there is something to fix :)

The training of good players on high skills is completely broken.
The 29yo did not jump after 13+20gt on divine def
He also did not jump at 5+50gt on brilliant tech (on 13 tech poped after 5 + 24gt)
The 26yo did not jump on mag def after 9+3gt (on brilliant def poped after 5.5+8gt)
Another 26 year old
on mag playmaking poped after 4 + 38gt (on 14 poped after 2 + 27gt) - 4 more trainings
on unearthly pass poped after 4 + 39gt (on mag pass poped after 4 + 9gt) - 3 more trainings
They all only partially had a new training

I already know your idea of facilities. Only the scout facilities could improve a little the random draw in entries, just because we can get more draws a week guarantee.
Other facilities didnt affect the random draw in entries. And it can't help because we already sack most of the juniors at the entry : the level/age/weeks are already too low to hope something, even if talent 3. Facilities just help to sack more juniors than we keep.
Also If there are "too many multi-divine players" as you said, then just reduce the training on higher skills. But there is no point in keeping a system where the vast majority of juniors have so much lower skills.
Finally, it doesn't match the expected request, It's very deceptive because it was just simple solutions to fix things without waiting a major update in YS
We therefore ask you, dear Devs, to quickly rectify - without waiting for a possible larger reform - one or more of these parameters.

I agree though, that the whole idea about facilities changes nothing and solves nothing, the only result is that teams will have to pay much more to have same possibilities as today, for example according to Dev Diary everyone will have to pay just to be able use magical or unearthly coach, who already has his salary, which is ridiculous.
These facilities will only make youth school an even worse investment and in most cases it probably won't be a good idea to even have a youth school because of the costs. People will start closing youth school and that together with withering number and interest of users will have extremely bad consequences.

i think one of the biggest problems about youth school is too much level drop. this is ridiculous. When the player first comes to the youth school, he will level down for 8-10 weeks, but then the coach will recognize this player and he will not level down anymore. The fact that the player is still leveling 30 weeks after coming to the junior level is not relevant. Think about it, can't a coach in real life get to know the player for such a long time? please make an edit to this.
