Negatively, I evaluate the injuries and their length of treatment in our players in the current league calendar.
When a player gets 26 days of injury and a match Wednesday-Sunday it's a shock, for dessert when the same player heals an injury and immediately catches it again it's a drama and that's what happens, unfortunately.
In conclusion URGENT to improve is the speed of injury treatment!
Positively I assess the finances at the moment, it is harder to fall into a serious crisis, or let's not go bankrupt. mostly once a week we have a home match and this gives survival to those who are sometimes on the edge of the club's finances, for this I beat Bravo!.
Transfer market here in fact at the moment nothing is happening, the pleasure of those who enjoyed it has been taken away, of course, the trade may have flourished too much, but it is worth rethinking the subject to find some compromise, not to kill the transfer market completely.
Training, unfortunately, slowed down too much, urgent improvement is necessary.

I kept only one just to have players for the youth squad. This need fix asap you can't implement pice by pice things without considering whole game :( it's annoying

Well, lets see next week, maybe he will be "weak". You never know in which direction he will "jump".
To be honest I prefer 16y to enter with not so good skill cause then he can only improve and show talent starting up and down around adequate skill is not so cool but is better like this than 18 y with lots skills...
