Agreements are worthless and not part of the sokker rules. Plus, copying private messages in a public forum it is against the rules.

Can you point me to where it is stated in the rules that it is forbidden?
Ed. And to keep it accurate. Agreements are part of sokker rules, see below. An administrator can take action but it is generally (and in my opinion rightfully) not the case.
Administrators will not generally perform the following actions, but reserve the right in extreme cases:
- to interfere in cases of not bidding a certain players on agreed price - those are the matters of the mutual agreements between the seller and the buyer and are not supervised by Sokker staff

You seemed too keen to advertise and sell your player... you wrote a lot for first then you got only an"OK".
Its a clear sign of a lack of excitement ... you overreacted a situation.
I dont get this kind of player selling... its too much hassle for nothing.
You advert your player thats alright... but that its.
Dont blame on someone when its an open market not individual.

Explicitly in the rules, mutual agreements are up to you, It’s your business. You can make any agreements you want no one will guarantee it. Just set a price and take the taxes if you don’t want any surprises, there’r plenty of « cheaters » .
Not cheating, but unethical. As juytt said, just TL him with a fixed price next time to avoid these surprises.

I meant "copying private messages in a public forum it is against the rules. ". Where does it say that?
If you really want to get into the forum rules then you clearly ignored this one...
"5. It is forbidden to advertise players by sk-mails"
"5. It is forbidden to advertise players by sk-mails"
It seems to me Ripper made a legit transfer ad on forum, to which Glazy responded that he wanted the player. The sk-mails came after this.
It's fascinating how many people here side with the cheaters and liars in situations like this :P happens every time

Yes you can copy private messages (until it’s not an admin), but it’s a common unexplicit rule in forums, it just a need an (active) moderator.

it's not, never was, you made that up

Because we are liars and big cheaters too :-p
Most seriously, there r many transactions truely overbid over prices (eg. just investigate in Panama … :-) not sure admins can stop all this transfers. In the meantime we are talking about a « cheater » who prefer buying other players than respect an agreement.

The possibility to share the training of a player should be the way to stop this madness of fake screens...

just want to add another point of view here - because from my point of view the agreement has been broken by The_Ripper the moment he put a player on TL with a price tag other than the one negotiated earlier
