Subject: How many substitutions in league games are there?

A couple of games ago by accident, I was able to perform 4 substitutions in a league game

So I've decided to take advantage of it in my last league game.
I've set up:
- One substitution on 45th minute that happens always (Laktionov instead of Zhenilenko)
- Two substitutions on 45th minute in case I'm winning by a margin of 4 goals (Godulyan instead of Colunga and Bondarenko instead of Sabato)
- One substitution on 70th minute (Baglay instead of Bonsema)
When I looked at the match report I was confused

By the end of 1st half, I was winning exactly by a margin of 4 goals so Laktionov and Godualyan substitutions worked. But Bondarenko substitution has never happened.
However, if only 3 substitutions were available (which was not the case in a game prior) I would expect all substitutions on 45th minute occur, but substitution on 70th minute never happen.
Today I've double-checked my recent match orders and I've made no mistake: everything is just as I've described.
So what am I missing here? Is this a bug or some subtle change in rules?

Seems like the substitution that didn't happen is a bug then :(

Sometimes we make some errors when we set those orders. Once You'll load match settings from that match (by selecting in any senior team that match as an base) You'll find what it was :)

I did exactly as you told me before I created the topic to make sure I made no mistakes.
But eventually, I figured out what was the problem. Turned out that the player who I wanted to substitute was sent off at 13th minute. And that was a reason why substitution didn't work.
Anyways thank you for your help :)

What happens if you try to use more than 5 substitutions?
I was kicked out of my league to a lower league last week. Is it possible?

Yes it happens, some users were even banned from the game after using more than 5 subs.
I guess it depends on the mods...

Sorry Ii'm talking about the Junior competition and i dont know how to post a screenshot.
Anyway, normally i use substitution not so much but many Junior are very poor in stamina and i though it could be a good idea to rotate them. I didn't check if there was a limit but i think for Juniors it coud be an interesting option.

I was trying to do six substitutions and the last one was not accepted.
Only chanche i had was to join league 2 and i have done it.
Not a drama at all but i think it is an overproportional punition if the system can automatically block wrong instructions

Most likely he clicked "Withdraw" (from youth league) on youth page and then joined back, but it assigned him to lower league.

so you were kicked out of your league an re-joined a lower league, that's a different thing.

it might be a bug with more than 5 substitutions, or it's the known bug with self activating leave-button (but the button is new and should work correct now). I guess kryminator will find out, perhaps the devs have a test team to check it.
