The regulations are the same as in previous editions.
If we are 12 teams there would be 3 groups of 4, the 2 best in each group and the 2 best third parties would qualify, if we are 16 teams then there would be 4 groups of 4 and the 2 best in each group would qualify, and the next round would be matches with rules cup

Are we closing registration here? Or do we wait for Kazakhstan and Singapore, if they register we should invite at least 2 teams that are ranked below 50, what do you think? to complete 16 teams
