It definitely is not a good idea from a game design point.
I think the intention was to slow it down (at least that would be imo the only thing that makes sense without adding extra GK skills) but they messed it up like so often and they don’t even know it’s wrong

Yeah, they definitely messed up something with goalkeepers, because after the changes they were popping like crazy even through formation training, like 15 formation trainings to magical GK

Gk training sucks, that's why most strikers are shitty in 1 vs 1 situation.
You are implying a player can have super pops in gk (great talent) and still not have good talent in other skills. That is not possible.
He went in 3 trainings to brilliant GK at age 19 and to formidable pace in 5 training at age 20
I think it's very clear that GK is so hard broken that you cannot think of 3 to brilliant as good talent. That is what I mean

Totally possible...had 5 weeks to divine gk and 5 weeks to 11 pace.
They sped up the gk training by a lot, and a lot of people dont realise that and still splash 8-10M on a young gk .
No gk should cost more than 3-4M nowadays...its so easy to take one from 10 to 17 keeper.
for me 3 to brilliant indicates great talent if he is gk. Which was the example given, just saw that dtox replied to me
It may be broken as you all want to say, but it is not soo broken. Reading some of you feels a bit exaggerated imo

They sped the gk talent to compensate for other things....its not broken , I've never said that, but a good keeper talent doesnt mean a good talent overall....gk is the fastest skill to train after stamina..

GK imo IS broken. It goes up after 3 to excellent and still after 3 to brilliant... that doesn't make any sence!
I believe that GK goes up on the same scale for about 4 skills between very good and incredible and that the divine level will be equal to incredible / brilliant for other skills.
So, what I mean is... it goes up f.e.... like 8-9-9-10-10-10-11-11-11-12-12-12-13-13-13-14-14-14-14 - 15 - 15 - 15 - 15 - 16 - 16 - 16 - 16 - 16 - 17, while at the same time he goes up in pace like 8-9-9-9-9-10-10-10-10-10-11-11-11-11-11-11-12-12-12-12-12-13-13-13-13-13-13-14
If you check with other skills, pace only goes like 1 training slower in general, not half speed.
I'm convinced that, if you train pace first and then GK, that GK will still race towards divine in no time, compared to pace. GK trains faster at age 21 to the same level as pace does at age 17
