Since flow B is quite strong this season we will have one direct promotion + 2 wild cards for flow B
wild card 1 and wild card 3 they usually give a direct pass to flow A

Format for flow B will be defined as usually the week before the semifinals of World Cup
If team from flow B qualify to semis at world cup they will qualify for playoffs in flow B
I'm counting 32 + Norway 33 teams in total for now need to find wich 2 countries are not in list above
