I've been here for many years, I already know the signs. I'm sure that administratively it has already been decided that Portugal will not beat Peru.

Everyone is good at post-game predictions. That's why I make a point of making this statement before the game. Saturday will prove that I'm right.

A loss won’t prove you right, it’s a single data point with many possible explanations. Will prove you wrong if you manage to win though. What then, will you drop the conspiracy theories or will you just pivot to oh well this proves my point because I mentioned it so they changed it? Seriously, if you really think that, it amazes me why you even try to run as an NT manager, like what’s the point if you know the games stacked against you?

- In 7 defenders that Portugal has with a defense of 18, between injuries, forms and suspensions, only 1 can play. This sample shows that only 14.3% of the best Portuguese players can play, while 85.7% are out.

- On the opposite side, Peru has the 2 center forwards from the last game with form 18.

- And again on Portugal's side, out of 4 good center forwards, only 1 can play. 2 of them got injured just this Wednesday, and 1 lost form.

- The best Portuguese midfielder (the only really good one), dropped 6 (!?!?) levels in form. The other one who helped in some way also went down.

Nothing here follows a normal statistical distribution.

And the most scandalous offside in Sokker's history (video above), in the game which interrupted a series of 30 consecutive victories by my team for the championship in a totally unrealistic game... shows me that there are no limits when there is a decision. Taking into account the will demonstrated through the statistical deviation I mentioned above, I am sure that Portugal will not win.

And that's why I'm writing before the game. I run the risk of being completely discredited if Portugal wins. But I'm sure I'm right, and whoever is right... isn't afraid, because they're sure it won't happen.
