Logotipo liked to have one where it had an eagle to fly over a red stadium of color and on of the stadium HEIGHT” in white color was written “written RAVINETAD LAND FC, as well as in the way field it had it the flag of Portugal. They can help me? Thanks a lot.

I would appreciate it if someone expert at making logos creates one for me.
These are the requiriments:
The logo must look exactly like this one:
Juventus
But a few things should be changed:
Version 1:
-The Black vertical lines should be replaced by Red ones. (The red color should be like the shirt of my team)
-The White vertical lines should be replaced by Blue ones. (The blue color should be like the short of my team)
-The name "Juventus" should be replaced by "Latinoamérica Unida F.C." , noticed the "é" letter must have that little thing above. If you dont have that thing called "tilde" then just copy it from here. The name "Latinoamérica Unida F.C." must look exactly the way Juventus look, but instead of juventus, replaced it with the name of the team as Its been explained already.
-The color of the name must be Red instead of Black. The White fond, replaced by Blue. (Red and Blue colors as the colors of my team)
-The Black color which borders the white and black vertical lines should be Red. Exactly as the juventus logo, but instead of black, red. (Red color as my team shirt)
-The yellow line bordering the logo should be golden (like gold).
-The yellow crown and the yellow square with the black horse (or whatever that is) should be replaced by a nice looking football.

Version 2:
Everything exactly as before, but the yellow line bordering the logo, light blue aka teal (as the color of the Guatemala Flag) instead of golden.

Hi, my logo comes from the NASL (North America Soccer League), a league that existed in the US in the 70s and 80s (NY Cosmos played in that league). I found this logo somewhere in the Internet. It belonged to the Atlanta Apollos in 1973 (pretty retro, ain't it?). It resembles 2 legs and a ball. I've changed some colors but the logo is pretty much like it was in Atlanta back in 73. Could anyone re-make it for me? I'd just like it to be round instead of square and to have my team name (in capital letters, if possible, at the bottom). Thanks very very much.
