Is anybody familiar with animations (gif) on logos?

I did one in the past, but the free program to make gif was of terrible low pixels, it didn't look okay.

I would appreciate if anybody could help me to finally get my own logo for my team.

Colors: red and green
Main attributes: either an onion or the seaport
Please mention FC Hovsan and the year 2009

I trust our designers' interesting ideas lol. Ideally 2 different logos (one with an onion and other with the seaport or whatever related to the seaport or ships) would be perfect so I have the options to choose but no rush :)

The comment was not about the logo, but how it's being used... As profile pic and not as Team Logo.

For me that is the same, the club logo is made for club logo, not manager photo. That's why only Plus managers can ask for a logo, non Plus can ofcourse also ask but they will get the answer only Plus managers can have logo's.
