I need some help with what to train for this player. He is in top of his country youth (top 10 country). Talent is good but not top.

By the end of the season he will pop in pace and technique. Any suggestions what to train him next season(s)?

try passing. if talent is good train him as mid if not go train as striker

Talent is 3.5-3.7

I'd train him as winger
