Waiting for defender and striker pops, haven't popped since youth school in them

I still feel tempted to make a striker out of him though haha

Do it. He can still make it as striker and his secondaries will be unmatched.

Im a bit worried about the changes in training and shorter season...

Yeah, but he still needs only 3 skills as a striker or 5 as a mid or 2 as a def while underutilizing striker skill entirely. Or just go pace/tech only till 17s and use him as sort of offmid with 12/13 pass/pm/striker/def from generals
