+1 but can train more position but it is difficult management trainink and order for player in matches and still must play with mid order for att, def order for mid etc.

my strategy for new traing system will not 17 pace for every players like was in old system...

17 pace will be luxus... if see that players with 3,38 talent need 8-9 to 15-17 pace he will must train pace 3-4 season... if devs will not change junior system, trainink pace for 10 players will problem.

17 pace will be important for strikers, wing....

make def 17/17 and sekundary 10+ will be difficult....

and mid will train so 15-16 pace....

but it is crazy...We will need time for accept new slower system.... if bought this player in old system had skills prediction 3x17+

I don't think he can make it as am MID. Perhaps striker...

I would not train pace higher than 15 for 21yr and younger midfielders with the exception of wingers. There is just not enough time to train them in those 4 other skills
