Exactly, he can start with 7.xx and then with 3 weeks in YS even with talent over 4 can reach ~8, at least IMO, I'm not that into guessing talent based on ys skills

Correct - max ss I saw for player being in ys for 2 weeks was 26. So definitely 21 is not max when they come

Last season I pulled this 16y player - he was 8 weeks in YS, leaving on 9 level with approx. talent from 3~3,9

This is the best 17yold I've seen until now this season..

Yeah, I found his skills from early part of season when he was 17… just for comparison
