Why in some countries, like our for example the 4-th division has only 32 groups not 64?

Because those competitions are not expected to be filled within one season. As soon as developers expect those competitions to be filled within one season they will add those additional leagues at the beginning of the season and sometimes midway the season.

i check the 16 teams counting from the badest points (i didnt cound the scores)
should i do it ?
[i thing that the first is the points and the score is after if we have two teams with the same points.]
so the 1 bad team(points)go in the league of the 1 team(points).
did i do something wrong ???

When the points are the same, then you need to count the scores also. The ordering is done the same way as within a group, plus if all that are the same, then there is some additional separation rules concerning this (as position, and I believe also last years position, if I remember corect).

I'm playing in Japan and as you know there are not many players,so my first season went in div3 and for next season I will be in div2,so can someone tell,how much higher sponsor money/week I will get?
Would be nice to know beforehand,cause I'm planing to get better headcoach.
