can you set ur ~3 strikers to MID orders along with 2 midfielders...

then set ur training to MID and STRIKER to get 5 players training in that ability per match or is there side effects of doing so?

No, correct what you say.

5 MID is max, but you can choose 3 strikers and 2 midfielders, all these players will get striker training.

Not really. Striker training allways and only trains the ones with an ATT order for 100%. So if you want to fully train strikers, give them an ATT-order.

So how much training would an Att order in midfield get? Obviously if you can train 6 forwards in striker positions, there's the potential to train 600% a week. If you're training 10 strikers in midfield though, would that pass the 600% mark (or 60% per player)

no i mean if you set your training for midfielders... so you play 5 of them then... will they all get the 100% (or 94% im not gonna argue about % training here today thats a topic onto itself)

meaning you get 1000% training of 10 players in striking??

i know if you set training to strikers 3 is max and mids get a bit lower and then defenders get lower again... or does say, 5 MIDs with this setting get enough to = 2 extra players per match almost?

i just cant see a reason why you can only set 3 strikers to get max training.. this kinda comes back to the buggy 4-2-4 formation in tactics :)

i've asked a while ago what's the penalty for training "striker" for MIDs and an answer was "around 40%". so, it doesn't worth that. Instead, you can train 10 strikers in technique (playing them as MIDs - 5/match). I actually do this (see my latest games), cause i don't care that much for league results. After the technique training you could sell 4 of them and stick with the most talented 6 to be trained in "striker".

managers with unearthly coaches in youth school, do you have the same experience that only lame juniors with highest possible stamina are coming to your team ? i think i will change junior coach to magical due to this :(

it depends on your luck:) if everyone will pull much worth juniors it wont be good for transfer"s market;P

i´ve changed them - unearthly for assistants and magical for juniors, i hope it will help, i thought about fire unearthly one a while, but i won´t do it

doesn't have anything to do the junior coach with level of stamina (for juniors). And you know it. :)) Regarding what coach you should have on juniors, depends a lot. If you have 10 juniors with poor talent even a brilliant will do (with 25k euros salary). If you have plenty of money and talented juniors, you could keep your unearthly to juniors.

if 19y player has rpp in stamina and next rpp in stamina after 9 weeks (without stamina training of course), does it mean he is some kind of megatalent ??
