as far as I remember greg didn't want to make technique more important than it already is. So it makes sense regarding the game, maybe it doesn't regarding the reality.

increase stadium, treináveis buy players and then sell them or invest in Juniors?

definitely not the stadium, very low return on investment
and juniors is mostly about having luck
so I would say buy trainees and make good players out of them

then gave lucky, because it is what I'm doing, I am buying young players to train them and sell them at a price much higher.
