Is there any difference between having a old age coach than having a young one? Take a look at my team I have a 65-67 Assisstant and Junior coach. But I have a kinda young main coach who is 41 years old.

Also what is the advantage of having a good junior coach and actually having a assisstant coach?

junior coach trains juniors only. if u dont have juniors then dont have one.

assistants help the main coach with other trainings that what u are currently training i.e random pops

the head coach is still vitally important to random pops also. as in his skills in everything come into account.

EDIT: also age doesnt matter... not yet. they may implement a retirement age eventually...

difference between junior coaches. best pop for outstanding coach ~4 weeks, if u switch to unearthly you will get ~3 week pops.

consider that over, say 33 weeks. 11 pops versus 8. difference between a outstanding and magical youth ;)

cant have more than 1 junior coach. if you're new dont start with juniors as finances will be limited ;)

buy trainees on the market and train them then sell at profit. (age 19-20 is best. anything younger is a lot dearer.. players train well until ~23 then training rate slows down)

train stamina for main squad for a few weeks too if u already hafnt till most are at solid and above (formiddable is max) means they will play good for longer in match ;)

depending on your weekly income, get a head coach and assistants to = 3/4 of ur sponsor income.

maybe just even a head coach (incredible or above with unearthly in what ur training) and ~3x very good assistants all on 5-6k wages if possible

that should come to ~40k total. maybe even drop 1 assistant if u cant afford it.

i currently have 2 assistants only :P both very good

e.g change from good - solid generally in younger players takes 3-5 weeks depending on talent

It would be best to ask someone in your country the best way to setup as it differs from country to country depending on income in bottom leagues, difficulty of leagues.. etc...

sponsor income in bottom divisino in ireland is ~60-66k euro a week

Are the tactics very useful in this game? Ive never actually changed mine and Ive always used the 5-3-2 which is the normal one. Is that one bad or should I try a new one every game or just depend on one only?

Tactic is what makes this game so sweet :)

It is absolutely the most important thing in the game! Get experimenting and you will see major improvements in time.

hi ... i've got a question , maybe is a stupid one but i'm interested :) ... normaly you can traine 2 GK per week but if you will traine GK skill at defs ? :D that results 10 GK per week ... is it posible ? :)

Nope. It's not possible. Goalkeeping is training only for GK.
