In Poland you have a lot of great players, but the majority of countries have 20-25 players, so it is possible to train all our players lacking XP by planning the World Cup group well, to only have good ones XP levels everywhere, and to be able to play a little better than our levels.
if in NT A European championship was in U27 it's for that.. Or in U21 many matchs in U19/U20, not to look pretty ^^

As we have fewer players we can target the training of XP, this allows small nations to compensate for their lack of level against the big nations which have many better players.

this guy lost training because his keeper played in his friendly as MID. How is this possible? I thought maybe if you let this position empty and play without substitution keeper - but he had one on the bench. Any idee? bug or mistake?

Training isnt lost anymore by playing different positions through out the week. Only the formation picked in Training sektion count

Had 6 MID in formation.

I assume he lost training because of 6 MIDs, where 6th was his GK

it's possible, I dont exactly remember conditions, but I think that there has to be no GK in starting eleven and maybe something more

but wouldn't the substitution GK play if the position is empty? and not a MID?

probably... maybe it was a different case

I reported at least similar cases (2, one with 2 GKs on the pitch and one with no GK) to devs but I cant find those bug reports now

could it be that he had that CO "if red card or no player on position 1" and that one with MID order was the one to go on GK position?

I don't think so, that's an option that you use to fill an empty position by a player who is on the field
