lol everybody has else players, train what they need the most
half your pace trainees get only very slow training
obviously less good than 1 season pace, 1 season defence, etc as you can then sell them and they are more valuable because they are 1 year younger than under your system

Murphy has lots of laws...and theyre all true...
main one of course is, anything that can go wrong will go wrong...
my favourite
"the chance of a slice of toast landing butter side down when dropped from a height, is directly proportional to the cost of the carpet"
although they actually proved in mythbusters or one of them that it actually does more often than not land butter side down, because of the shift in the centre of gravity i think was the reason (butter denser than toast)
thats beyond the point though..
as for your training question... id say it means where you would take 4 weeks to pop, it would take 8 instead but you would get pace pops every 8 weeks aswell as that other one... ur training...
personally, as someone else said there, i think pace first is better because players are younger and after 21 its almost pointless to train pace (it took one of my guys who has decent talent in everything else, 9 weeks to pop to formid pace at 23... :(
thing is theres lots of pace trainers out there, so high pace doesnt necessarily mean a good resale whereas other skills sometimes do... pace is good, as was pointed out to me, if you have 4 great coaches and loads of youth players (22 i guess for max training)
great caoches means you will get loads of "side pops" in other skills... and pace will train like wildfire in young players...
i currently have pretty crap coachees and am getting loads of random skill increases... only thing about random skill pops, is that theyre not always beneficial (like my keeper popping in defender this week :P)

I have magical headcoach, 2briliant and 1incredible as assistants...
9 weeks to pop to formid pace at 23
I have a guy who poped to unearthly pace in 8 weeks, at 22 yo :P
yeah, it's a bit complicated, I think i'll keep pace and I'll change to def, maybe next season...

I guess that players on TL count, but I've no official information about that

I have that feeling, i always sell players who played less matches first ..
once i put player on tl, then i withdrawn him and put him back on tl after few minutes, but he didnt want .. i did nothing between those actions
but on the other side, how can someone sell all his player at the same time then ??

That's for sure they count... Sometimes I can put two players for sale and when I remove one I can put another one for sale. Most of the time the one I removed from TL doesn't want to go anymore then.
there is a new question, will i be able to sell all players if i won´t have any sales in last two weeks or not ?
theres a few things about players like that... i think age is a bit of a factor in there also
if all your players have played in your club for a quite long time you can easily sell all of them.
the strongest factor is number of matches played in your club
