maybe in NT they are using more their high skills (def and pace) than side skills.

skills usage distribiution have an impact for a rating. for example striker with high striker skill will get higher rating if stay only in the box and headings crosses

strange question:

what happens if in NT the coach put to all his players order DEF for example?

nothing as far as I know if the club manager plays him in at least one match outside the NT match.

but I would say they will lose their 33% NT extra training.

I just try to create an Association of my OWN, so take this as not Official, but just from my own Experience:
i couldn't find anything official.

I couldn't change the name of the Association i create.
I think 1 is the lower level......

Yeah but if they play both matches during the week anyway won't make much difference. Just like if they play ATT for NT but MID for the club, they'll lose the NT bonus training.

nobody knows...

In comparison with the higher wages of brilliant coaches it's not much imo. But if you want to train NT players I still would try to have brilliant or better assistants.

I am also 3x out. The wage difference is huge and the difference can be seen in GT only if you are going to keep your players for 3+ seasons

How percent training will my player get if he plays only one friendly match per week?

There are many opinions but nothing official. I think about 80% of the whole training if he had played in both matches
