Could someone plz tell me how player wages are decided???

depends on the skill sum they have in the end of each season. And I have seen that main skills seem to affect more the rising salary. Nobody will tell you the exact formula I think

i generally estimate that its 1% of the players value... which is why im waiting until after the update to train stamina ;)

try to log out and Back in, see if it works If not make a screenshot of your media page with the Select skin and its pop up menu and i will submit it in the mod forum....
