k ty :) But ı asked and that was a difficult question to them :) because U21 Teams are new in this season..
2009-01-05 22:27:21
Well a user can be a candidate for only 1 NT team, so my guess is that a candidate for a NT team can ask question to a candidate for a U21 NT (and viceversa) as they will not compete against each other. Further more the NT coach should collaborate with U21 coach, so the questions could see if there's good "feelings" between the 2.

Just my opinion

I had a look through the forum and front page news but cant find where these rules originated but they are definately used in many country's.

These were posted by a mod in Nigeria for example...

Rules
1) All users can announce their candidature by opening a thread begining with [NT].for example [NT] username
2) Irregular threads will be deleted.
3) Each candidate can revive his/her thread only once a day, otherwise he/she will be banned from forums until end of election
4) Candidates are permitted to ask questions of other users, but must not use other candidates threads to promote their election.
5) It is forbidden to ask vote by using sk-mail or Guestbook. The candidate who will break this rule will be fined 37 500 £ and will be banned from forums till the end of elections.

Please consider that all the rules about forum and the game is still valid for this thread as well as the abovementioned statements.
Good Luck to all candidates..

I am having trouble with the training part, right now I have 3 really good coaches which they are split into Head Coach / Assisstant / And Junior Head Coach. I feel like the training to my current players haven't improve that much, am I suppose to have more than one assissant? or how can I improve this situation?

Head coach
Felipe Andrés Valencia, age 41
incredible coach

Assistants
Simón Otálora, age 65
outstanding coach

Coach of the junior team
Alfonso Avelino, age 67
formidable coach

We need to see the individual skills of your coaches to help you further.
2009-01-06 16:46:13
and of course it is better to have three assistants than one. 3x good for example works better than 1x outstanding.

is the skill of your head coach in what you train unearthly?

Anyone?

junior coach should be at least minimum of incredible if you want a talent =4 or better in any players..

head coach should be unearthly in whatever skill you train.

next. if you train defenders in defending for example. set 5 players to defender for matches. then dont play them in friendlies.

play 5 trainees instead. 10 players get minimum of 90% training then so you should get 2 pops a week minimum

general training pops then can be any amount. personally id say you should be gettin 3-4 a week if your head coach is decent (brilliant general skill will ensure this)

assistants. see what you can afford. i dont have my hard drive so i cant advise you on wages really.

very good should be 5-6k euro a week each, formiddable 12k approx. brilliant 26-30k

the main thing for training is a players age.

if your squad is all more than 23 years old then you wont get much benefit from training.

Junior school is compliated to run and takes a while to get anything right in it. i suggest fire all players with talent more than 6 or who will come out less than excellent (although some people say solid)

you're the second person from that flag country whos asked about training here. i suggest you chek out a newbie section from a big country (even newbie ireland check out NIN's newbie guide)

copy and paste iit to ye'r forums.

training is random. i got 3 pops last week total, 13 one week though. i average around 6-7 (training pace) pace gives a lot more pops because it trains the entire team at once like stamina. although the players must play to benefit.

Head coach should be unearthly in every skill relevant to who you're training. Secondary training is based on those skills multiplied by assistant levels.

is it possible for a Mod-Admin to make some special rules ? and if it yes where i usually can find the local rules in a country ? on the news ? on the FAQ ? on the forum rules ?

also is it better to have local rules or the Sokker rules can't do the job so the Mod-Admins made their owns ?

well each of the forums has rules.. things like that.. everything else is basically included in the rules of the game which are a guideline to the game as much as everything else...

commong sense is what the rules generally are... i dont get what you mean by that question...

some forums like transfers poland etc require certain rules alright. maybe someone can tell you how to get the staff list or a country, because im sure there is a way. then just pm them and thwy will be able to send you the rules. if you mail an admin who is online im sure you they can tell you how to get the mod-admin list

i think that transfer forums and election times are the only examples for special local rules, and as a user I would expect to find them on the first forum site in an own rule thread. That's the only place where every local and foreign forum user would find them for sure.

Is there any chance we can have the option to select/delete multiple messages? If I'm not mistaken as of now such thing can be done only by selecting and deleting messages one by one.
Thank you
