My junior is ready to join main team today, but I'd like him to stay one more week in JS (because of age actualization).

The question is: there is a sense to hold him for a week in JS or he will exit +1 age anyway?

Is this official, or is it just a rumor or smth?
Do we actually know that players who haven't been pulled grow one year older at the season change?

Well, i would imagine that some people have tried it and had their player age and so then it was made common knowledge ;o)

Am not 100% sure on how training works. I have been playing Sokker for around 7 months now and I got around 6 players with age of over 28 and I am planning to sell them so I can get the most out of training. I recently bought decent players below the age of 20 and I was wondering what would be the best to get them all train and maybe resell some of them in the future.
I also do junior squad training which I got 26 spots open and the ones that come out within 10 weeks are usually skilled of at least very good.
Right now I got only three trainers, head coach / assistant / junior. I pay around 60,000-70,000 a week for each of them. Should I sack like the assistant coach and get several of them and maybe it would improve the players training? Also who are the players that get train? Only the ones that play on a league match or also the friendly? Do all players who appear on the squad list (16) get train, or only the 11 that play? What if I do orders to put some of them to play the like 30-40 min? Would they get train as well?

about assistants i would prefer to have 3 assistants for the same money as your one.

1 level 15 (magic) assistant might be as good as 3 level 5 assistants but costs a lot more
