So there is no clear cut?
Let's say:
Someone who would pop every 5 weeks in striking, would most likely pop every 3 weeks (hypothetically) in pace.
There's gotta exist some sort of regularity... maybe not accurate but expected.

ok....sorry if i didn't make myself clear......If you are a plus coach, yo could see how is the talent in each hability. So for example:
I have been training the offensive zone, i can see that there are some strikers, that pops striker faster than the other, but pops pace taking more time than the others. So to conclude, if you are a plus, you can see how the talent work in each hability in each player.
If you are not a plus, you have to count how many weeks does the player takes to pop and then, decide how is his talent in each hablity..

or use any of the sokker management tools
the talent is totally aleatory...
how many do u know of? let me know some i am a plus user and i would like to use that
well, there's mine, lol. Check out the Sokker Manager thread on this forum.
i cant get it to work...does it show when the player will pop? because i remember long go when i used to play hattrick they had something like that for hattrick and you could see when the player will pop??
by the way soes anyone know the answear to my first question lol
"i read this in rules.. The difference is even smaller for a player that played in two games instead of just one.
what exactly does it mean?? does it mean its better for a player to play one game or two games a week?"

i think that the difference "is" smaller, and it should be smaller, because you also have a lot of players to train. But i have read, that in the oficial games (matches) they train a little more than in the other matches......So if you put one more time than other in the oficial match , you dont have to do it in the other game of the week...

I have trained technique for the past season. I just want to know for how long they'll pop in pace if I switch now. I don't want to wait 3-4 weeks before knowing the answer. I'm trying to make some long term plans.
tough one..i don't think theres a clear answer for that
ok..yeah thats what i thought..thanx :-))
Pace is important, so i will think that should be in your long term plans... And i was told that to younger the talent is, that faster will he pop in pace :-)
Because I ask for a 24 year old "talent" who pops in 4 weeks in passing, he say for a so "old" player it's muybie will takes 2-4 trainingsweeks more than passing... I don't know, but if you ask me after a half season i muybie can tell you :-)
But the skill of your trainer will also have a influence of this :-)

you welcome bro....
gjergji: i told u bro, you must risk at least one try to know how much does it last to pop......otherwise, you can't know more about it...

A player who needs 5 weeks to pop in striking will probably need 6 or 7 weeks for pace. Pace trains slower then all other skills.
Stamina training is not talent dependent, but random. When training stamina every player will have one or two pop-ups a week until he reaches formidable when his stamina won't improve anymore at all.

No,, it means that playing two games a week has barely any advantage in training. A player which plays only in the competition or cup during a week will get around 95% training, only a friendly is around 90%, two complete matches will lead in any case except injuries to 100% training. A NT-match is 33% training, but will never lead to more than 100% training.
