Even if the insult target don't bother it's STILL bad moderating to not react, because not reacting sends wrong signals to the readers.
((For instance if some stupid guy write I'm stupid, then I find that funny ;-)
but it's still wrong. Because leaving things like that make the risk biger some MORE will start write insults, and next time it can be against someone, who take it very hard...
Even IF it isn't easy - although it's much easier than it looks as, when looking at some moderating ;-) - it's a good start if starting:
/of course tell the STARTERS (=the SOURSE of the problem), instead of telling them, who defend against them.
/teach - or, if they can't learn, skip - moderators with crappy judgement, not even understanding (!!!) for instance "Use a better translator" is insulting, when the writer have written himself,
or saying a writer has OPPOSITE oppinion - normaly some stupid oppinion - than what the writer realy wrote...

Saying that you agree every time coach posts something, isn't really helpfull you know :P
For me, idiot and the so-called "s-word" aren't so different in harshness. I might even say that calling someone an idiot is worse.
Anyway, I think it's quite strange.. That someone is allowed to call someone idiot, (even if it's in an indirect way) but that it's not allowed to say the "s-word".. Doesn't seem very fair to me.
On a general note, it's very difficult to see when someone is being sarcastic or serioues or whatever..
except for Woppa offcourse. :)

I got a short, though rather complicated question..
What is your guys opinion concerning the influence of form on a players effort on the pitch?
Because i kind of have the feeling the players form has way more influence on his pace (and for strikers scoring) then it has on stats like defending...
What do you guys think?

i think it´s somehow important for all skills, but you can easily measure it for pace and also see it clearly for striking ability.
Mods aren't mind readers..
I didn't find it insulting when i saw him post it and you didn't make any comment about it until in here so how are we supposed to know you found it insulting?
Please note also; this is a Q&A thread, not a petty complain about everything thread.

Form has a huge impact on players on the pitch, most noticeably in strikers though
In my personal opinion the impact is not that huge, as for example in games like hattrick etc.. My defenders hardly seem to be influenced by form..
I've seen a lot of form fluctuations in my strikers and i can tell definitely that:
-They are much slower
-Their accuracy becomes a hang of a lot worse
Those are just the obvious aspects. The other positions dont suffer as much iirc, but i dun really pay attention to them anywho ;D

As I have understood it all skills are changed similar much by form.
But for instance 15% reduction can be the difference between scoring and saved/shot outside,
while passing and defending can STILL be good enough mostly with 15% reduction,
so it isn't odd if the form IMPORTANCE are much biger for strikers.
