The question is:
What does it force a player to shoot from long distance even if he can go ahead and take much better position for shooting? Is that because of his low playmaking level?

If defenders are closing in on him. It's also just a bit random, I think.

Does he check his tech ability to dribble an opposing defender before?
No matter how good he is in a tech skill - he always tries to shoot when defender is near to him? Why then the tech skill is neaded for, if my ATT player instead of dribble just makes the long shoot?

no, he doesn't knows the defenders defending level or his own tech level. He won't allways try to shoot - sometimes he will try to dribble. They won't allways shoot once the get a defender in their way.

Many of the game aspects depend on technical skills.
- skill of controlling a pass; a player with a low level of technique may fail to control even the simplest balls.
- pace of dribbling; players with poor technical skills significantly lose pace whilst moving with the ball
- skill of passing a defender with a one on one duel and controlling the ball during a feint
- chance of mis-kicking while trying to make a one-touch pass.

Another one question about long shoots. Which skills do affect to an ATT player decision to make long shoot instead of passing the ball to another ATT teammate?

due to my division i have an excellent coach with unearthly on tech and striker

well its up to you whether you keep him. If you state his talent when you sell you could get a bundle though.

i could also make a fake talent chart and say 3.5 talent :P
