Would be great appreciated if someone could activate the Plus i bought for someone this morning.
I don't think that the plus activator will hurry because you say this. :-)
Just have some patience and it will be activated. :-)

Until there's no crime in the world. So you could guess that that will never happen. Depending on one's approach though.

i had paid the plus and there is a feature i could nt understand. when you press assistant and there is skill configuration. what does it mean? and how it is used? could someone help me pls
Doesnt hurt to ask although admittedly it's probably pointless.
It's for assisting you to order your players after where they fit,
but the tool don't function so good for that.
But it functions good as OVERVIEW of some skill values.

I train pace.
If I train with a coach brilliant at pace, how much I'm gonna lose if I trained with an unearthly at pace?

It's not recommended to use a brilliant paced coach for pace training.
In my opinion such questions are impossible to answer. I would strongly recommend you to choose an unearthly paced coach.
In youth school some says it's 0.33, and some says 0.25, difference per general step level. (=A 3 (4?) levels higher coach make the players pop around 1 week faster.)
In training seniors there are several varriables involved (as for instance age), so it's very complicated to try to find exact results by calculating, when not knowing the formula the game uses ;-) But I guess the PROPORTIONS between different skilled coaches, are similar to the proportions in youth school training.
The other answers forgot to think of that many managers can't afford perfect coaches ;-)

If I set a player to be substituted on the pitch in say the 45th minute during a game that will be a a walk-over, will he actually get that 45 minutes of training, and be listed as playing in the game?
I ask as the game never really starts, so how can a player be subbed on!?

Another question I have:
Do a coach's sub levels in their general appraisal make a difference to their ability coaching. So, for example, will a brilliant coach with level (14.01) perform worse than a coach who is (14.99)?

The player won't be substituted. The first player will get 90 minutes of training, the second none.
Answer to your second question is yes, a brilliant coach with level 14,99 is almost one complete level better as a brilliant coach wit level 14,01.

so when we try to find coach the first is the money and the other is the skills of the coach.
is better to have a coach and pay more if he has more than one unearthly skills than to have a cheep coach with out unearthly skills ???
