I have 5 coaches (main/3xassistants/juniors). Is there any problem in signing another one (for stamina training), and leaving one unassigned? - cause there were rumors in the past it would spoil training...

So situation is:

main: coach 1
assistants: coach 2, 3, 4
juniors: coach 5

coach 6 unassigned

When you do not assign him it's no problem, however you will still need to pay his wage. When you make him an assistant you will lose training when you have more than 3 assistants. I would recommend you to make him an assistant if your current main coach is better than one of your assistants to get better training.

In fact I have 5 coaches I'm satisfied with. But none of them has 15/16 stamina skill. I need to train stamina during season change but I don't want to change my current staff so I thought about hiring some temporary replacement only for the sake of those 1 or 2 trainings while one of my coaches will be left unassigned.

I'd like to hear from somebody: "I've tried it and it works" ;)

I did not try it, but it works;)

But if you're only training stamina in the preseason, I don't think it's worth it.

Just train stamina with a coach with level 12 or so, still works good (I've tried it ;))

A question
I train DEF for several weeks now. This week my keeper raised his DEF (from 1 to 2) Does DEF has any significance for a keeper or is it just a side effect (a bad one if he is not a better keeper, but since his financial value grows, he will get a higher salary)?
