afaik its about 30% of the normal training.
if you want to train your striker in tech, it might be better if you select mid or def-position for the training and let them play in these positions during the friendly - this way more players would get normal training.

Each step is "worth" around 3 - 3.2.
(From my own stats I found it being around 3.

So I suppouse 14 brilliant is needed to reach that.
