Hi
What it really means when I train strikers, and choose the MID as the most Important Position for training?

Since when training strikers, the attackers train more effectively than the midfielders, you will have not so good training results in comparison to those, after having your attackers trained. ;)
My q now.
Which combination is better for assistants?
2 very good ones or 1 excellent and 1 solid?

2 very good but the difference is not big. All in all asisstants just help the head coach from my observation the head coach and his skills are much more importand.

Hi
What it really means when I train strikers, and choose the MID as the most Important Position for training?"
I'm going to re-answer this question as the given answer is wrong.
When you're training striker it does not matter to which line you set training. You can change it, but it won't do anything. Strikers (players with ATT orders) will always be trained the most efficient no matter which line you selected. Midfielders (players with MID orders) also will get a substantial amount of striker training, but I don't know how much it really is.

this must be some kind of little tactical bug or something..cuz in the tactic this guy is totally on the opposite side on every position of the ball and the ball is coming from the middle too NOT from the side..and the guy right behind him should be going there, the guy in a square is slower then the guy behind him..i dont know..its not a big deal but still... and im sure its not the tactic..
the me chooses the players closest to the ball to run towards it, it's not a bug...
