I've read that it was 33% for international, 95% for a league/cup match and 90% for a friendly match.

I'm disperate!
for 2 seasons all my players started to drop in fosrm very fast....1st..around 10-15 lvls in around 7-10 weeks and 2nd, after that...for more than a season they stayed there low low...and never improved...

i mean...it's outageous...i have 2 nt players who lose training (nt training) because they don't improve form.
for example, one of them, vasilica tomescu, in the last 11 weeks had the form between hopeless and tragic (now) and it never exceded solid...and he plays regulately...he's the best 22 yo nonpolish striker...

also ...because of the form i have lost a lot of games, one of them with a user who played with 9 players and had one lousy striker who managed to score 5 goals on 9 atemps and my 2 nt strikers had 23 shots/ hited the bar for 6 times and had only 4 goals....how crappy his could be..This is the game

look at my players..at their form...I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO... i play at half of my potential....

did anyone enountered the same problem?
WHAT CAN I DO? Is there something i can do? or only voodoo can help me?

2)

average striker
--------------------------
3)

adequate technique,

unsatisfactory defender
solid playmaker

I think the third is way off the first two! And between (1) and (2) i would choose (1), because of his passing skill ! And if we compare their level it's the same result... (1) = 40,5 and (2) = 39 :)

kind of a difficult question.
None of them could be considered as a decent central MID :>

1st one:
*weak pace = he may be too slow to get to the positions
*other skills are ok for MID, also a central (maybe slightly higher technique could help)

2nd one:
*fast enough, technique ok. But with this passing, he could send the ball backwards instead of playing it forward
*also the def skill is too low, what could mean that good-solid technician can easily dribble him :>

3rd one:
*actually it's ~2nd one, but with lower pace. Striker skill doesn't count here. 1 level higher technique is way too small difference.

So - 1 or 2. Depends on a role in tactic (if he needs to run very fast or play the ball), I'd decide on one of them.

PS. What with stamina ?

Maybe you lost a game because of a form, but tactic was surely another reason.
Number 11, Zorel Carabaş killed you, as he was perfectly set between your players 2 and 3.

So what you can do is to work on your tactic and stop playing 3 defenders in the way, that can easily be exploited :]

thx julius, i've changed the tactics a long time ago...but...i think it was one of those games...
c'mon, he had a lousy striker and i had good defenders and also, i had great strikers and he had lousy defenders....and i had 23 shots at goal and 6 times i hited the post....

nevermind...that was just an example...i'm disperate about my players form...not about that game (it was just an example)....how often did you se that more than half of the team to DROP form (i didn't brought players with bad form) and STAY low there for 2 seasons.... ?

if i am not mistaken your forwards played as mids in the game you are talking about:

some people claim that it might cause a drop in form, if you give a player a match order, which is not in accordance with his skills or position within a given tactic.

this might also be a reason for their weak performance: sometimes it works if forwards play as mids, sometimes not.

btw: if the form of your team is poor, thats only one reason more to think about upgrading your defence-tactics. the opponent striker was perfectly placed, their mids where good enough to make excellent passes and that was the reason why you lost. the organisation of the defence of the other team seemed much better too me.
